INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the Customer acting as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without providing any reason and without any penalty, within 14 calendar days from the day on which the Customer (or a third party designated by them) takes physical possession of the goods.
How to exercise your withdrawal (Online Procedure)
To facilitate and speed up the process, we have provided a digital procedure through our Online Withdrawal Form:

2. Enter your order number.
3. Select the type of request:
– Global Withdrawal: if you wish to return all products purchased in the order.
– Partial Withdrawal: if you wish to keep some products and return only one or more specific items from the same order.
4. Submit the request: you will immediately receive an email notification confirming receipt, containing a summary of your choices.
Conditions and product integrity
– Product integrity: In the event of a withdrawal (whether global or partial), the right applies to the single product in its entirety. It is not possible to exercise the withdrawal only on a part or component of the single purchased item (e.g., accessories, elements of a kit, indivisible packages).
– Condition of the goods: Returned products must be undamaged, in their original packaging, complete with all their parts (including packaging, documentation, and accessories), and packed using the same methods and protective materials with which they were received.
– Handling of goods: The consumer is solely responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods themselves.
Shipping costs and Refunds
– Shipping costs for returning the goods are entirely borne by the Customer.
– The shipment, until confirmation of receipt at our warehouse, remains under the full responsibility of the Customer.
– Once the products are received and their integrity is verified, we will refund the amount of the returned items as quickly as possible, and in any case within 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method chosen by the Customer at the time of purchase. In the case of a partial withdrawal, only the costs relating to the products actually returned will be refunded.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Definitions
The expression “online sales agreement” means the purchase and sale contract relating to the Supplier’s movable tangible goods, stipulated between the latter and the Buyer as part of a remote sales system through telematic tools, organized by the Supplier .
The term “Buyer” means the consumer who is a natural person making the purchase, referred to in this contract, for purposes not related to any commercial or professional activity.
The term “Supplier” means the person indicated in the epigraph or the person providing the information services.
Object of the contract
With this contract, respectively, the Supplier sells and the Buyer remotely purchases the movable tangible good indicated and offered for sale on the website www.fattoriavalacchi.it via telematic tools.
The e-commerce activity carried out through the website www.fattoriavalacchi.it is aimed exclusively at end users who are consumers, over the age of 18 and in accordance with the current provisions on electronic commerce.
The Buyer warrants that he is over the age of 18 and that the person who will receive the shipment of the products ordered on the aforementioned site will also be over the age of 18.
The Supplier reserves the right not to process orders that are in contrast with the current provisions on the purchase and delivery of wine and spirits, or that are not carried out by subjects who cannot be qualified as consumers.
How to stipulate the contract
The contract between the Supplier and the Buyer is concluded exclusively through the Internet by accessing the Purchaser at www.fattoriavalacchi.it, where, following the procedures indicated, the Buyer will formalize the proposal for the purchase of goods.
Conclusion and effectiveness of the contract
The purchase contract is concluded through the exact compilation of the request form and the consent to purchase expressed through the adhesion sent online or with the compilation of the form / form attached to the online electronic catalogue at www.fattoriavalacchi. it and the subsequent sending of the form / module itself, always after viewing a web page summarizing the order, printable, which shows the details of the ordering party and the order, the price of the purchased goods including shipping costs and any additional accessory charges, payment methods and terms, the address where the goods will be delivered and the billing address.
When the Supplier receives the order from the Buyer, he sends a confirmation e-mail which also contains the data listed above.
The contract is not considered finalized and effective between the parties in default of what is indicated in the previous paragraph.
Methods of payment and refund
Any payment by the Buyer can only be made by means of one of the methods indicated in the appropriate web page by the Supplier.
Any refund due to the Buyer will be promptly credited with the same method used by the Buyer for payment, and in case of legitimate exercise of the right of withdrawal, at the latest within 30 days from the date on which the Supplier became aware of the withdrawal.
Delivery times and methods
The Supplier will deliver the selected and ordered products, in the manner chosen by the Buyer or indicated on the website at the time of purchase of the goods, as confirmed in the confirmation e-mail.
Shipping times (meaning the times within which the Supplier delivers the goods to the courier for delivery to the Buyer) vary from 5 to 7 working days from the date of the confirmation email sent by the Supplier. In the event that the Supplier is unable to ship within this period, the Buyer will be promptly notified by e-mail.
Prices
All sales prices of the products displayed and indicated on the website www.fattoriavalacchi.it are expressed in euro and constitute an offer to the public pursuant to art. 1336 of the Italian Civil Code
The sales prices referred to in the previous point are inclusive of VAT and / or any other tax, except as specified on the website regarding any additional charges (eg customs duties) to be paid by the Buyer.
Availability of products

Limitation of Liability
The Supplier assumes no responsibility for inefficiencies attributable to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and / or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevented, in whole or in part, from executing on time agreed to the contract.
The Supplier is not responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use that may be made by third parties, of credit cards, checks and other means of payment, upon payment of the products purchased on the website www.fattoriavalacchi.it. the hypothesis of wilful misconduct or gross negligence of the Supplier, it is henceforth agreed that, should the Supplier’s liability in any capacity towards the Buyer be ascertained – including the case of total or partial non-fulfilment of the obligations assumed by the Supplier towards the Buyer as a result of the execution of an order – the Supplier’s liability cannot exceed the price of the Products purchased by the Purchaser and for which the dispute has arisen.
Guarantees
The essential characteristics of the products offered by the Supplier are presented with specific product sheets, visible directly on the web site. However, the images and colours of the products offered for sale may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
All products are shipped with suitable packaging. If at the time of delivery the cartons are damaged, tampered with, or with obvious signs of breakage, please refuse collection.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Supplier holds all the rights on the trademarks and distinctive signs of its ownership, all copyrights and all other rights relating to the Products sold and to the contents, information, images, videos and databases contained on the web site. The reproduction, publication and transfer to third parties, or other forms of use and exploitation of these rights without the prior written consent of the Supplier are expressly prohibited.
Jurisdiction and competent court
The contract concluded between the Supplier and the Buyer is governed and interpreted according to Italian law. For any dispute that may arise in relation to the execution, interpretation and termination of each contract concluded between the Parties, the Buyer’s place of residence or elective domicile will be competent.
