Our oil is produced exclusively with Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino cultivar varieties from our estate olive groves.
Olives are harvested by hand during the month of November and crushed immediately via cold temperature mechanical extraction.
Thanks to careful pressing, we obtain a very high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Our marvelous oil is unfiltered so that its organoleptic characteristics are unaltered.

Our Grappa is the result of distilling our best grapes marc of Canaiolo, Sangiovese, Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia del Chianti,. as soon as the marc is taken to the distillery, it is immediately fed into a continuous distillation process with reflux from the condenser to vacuum columns, thus allowing better separation. This high quality product is then allowed to age in small oak barrels.
The Grappa is ageing for almost 15 months in small oak barrels.
